Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Regional Offloads Operations Leader to oversee partner sites across a defined region, ensuring alignment to business priorities and customer commitments. You will drive standard work, lead performance reviews, and manage SV data to connect S&OP plans with actual output and constraints.

You will identify risks, coordinate action plans, and escalate issues with cross-functional teams to improve regional performance, safety, and quality. Relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, services, or related operational leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional oversight of offload partners to ensure execution to business commitments.
• Drive consistent shop execution across regional partner sites through performance reviews and standard work.
• Monitor SV data to connect regional S&OP plans with actual performance.
• Identify operational gaps, emerging risks, and recovery actions through routine performance analysis and direct partner engagement.
• Lead regional operating cadences and provide visibility to performance, risks, action plans and escalation needs.
• Escalate and resolve regional constraints with cross-functional teams to protect customer commitments.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the regional offload network.
