Job summary

GE Aerospace in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior customer service leader to manage technical and commercial matters for assigned airline customers. Qualifications

• Significant experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Master’s level knowledge or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and GE for technical, commercial, and operational issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, MRO, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day airline operations including fleet health monitoring and AOG response.
• Administer CSA contracts: scope, entitlements, billing, renewal and negotiations.
• Drive fleet management activities: shop visits, induction planning, turnaround tracking, spare parts availability.
• Identify and lead Kaizen and Lean process improvements to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
• Present performance reviews covering KPIs like reliability and contract health.
• Build long-term customer trust through proactive communication and follow-through.
