Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an MRO Training Coordinator to lead training obligations for customers globally, developing curricula, executing proposals, and coordinating asset management and invoicing. The role interfaces with GE teams and customers to ensure high-quality training delivery across locations.

The position involves travel to customer and partner facilities, working closely with the MRO Programs team, and contributes to expanding GE’s role in the external MRO landscape for GE and CFM engines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on aircraft engine disassembly/assembly on LEAP or GEnx required.
• Prior experience in training others on engine disassembly/assembly.
• Established project management skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing and email management.
• For roles outside the USA: advanced training experience; degree comparable to bachelor’s or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with customers and GE personnel on MRO training requests.
• Manage overall schedule of customer MRO training commitments and GE/CFM assets.
• Develop training course curriculum—standardized and customized—and execute proposals.
• Coordinate training delivery across GE shop network and assign trainers.
• Issue training attendance documentation and invoices to customers.
• Assist MRO Programs team with training program development for shop setup and consultancy.
• Travel to customer and partner facilities to conduct or oversee training and expand expertise.
