MoEngage is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the META region to lead demand generation and end-to-end field marketing. You’ll partner with the Regional Marketing Head in Bengaluru to shape strategy and own the region’s events program, while collaborating with Sales, CS, and central marketing to drive pipeline.

Based in Dubai, you’ll execute campaigns and events in multi-market settings, using data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for growth within a fast-paced SaaS

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation and field marketing/events.
• Proven track record building multi-market campaigns and events that generate pipeline.

Mansioni

• Own regional events strategy and calendar: executive roundtables, CXO dinners, workshops, webinars, and tradeshows.
• Drive end-to-end demand generation: ABM, content campaigns, webinars, and nurture sequences.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS to sharpen targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships, budgets, and contracts across the region.
• Coordinate with regional sales leadership to align calendar with priorities and results.
