Job summary

Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing activity across the Middle East from Dubai. You will own regional execution, coordinating third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, ABM activations and country launches.

This hands-on role requires strong event planning, vendor management and a track record of delivering high-impact regional programs while collaborating with Sales, Growth and local leadership.

Qualifications

• B2B field marketing experience with events.
• Fluent Arabic and English required.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• 5–7 years of regional field marketing or events experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, events and roundtables.
• Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics and on-site execution.
• Execute programs using established playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for markets while maintaining brand standards.
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority accounts through ABM programs such as dinners, roundtables and on-site experiences.
• Support country launches end-to-end alongside Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating events and activations.
• Manage local agencies, venues, vendors and event partners within country budgets and timelines.
• Track program performance, pipeline contribution and ROI, consolidating learnings for future activity.
• Travel across the region as required to support events and activations.
