Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager for the Middle East to oversee inbound, distribution from Dubai to six countries, including stores and events.

You will lead four Logistics Executives, manage carrier and broker relationships, and ensure service, cost and regulatory compliance across all lanes. The role requires strong experience in GCC logistics, luxury goods handling, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years in logistics or supply chain, with leadership experience
• Hands-on knowledge of GCC customs and regulatory frameworks
• Track record with freight forwarders, express carriers and customs brokers
• Luxury, fashion or high-value goods logistics experience preferred or advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop four Logistics Executives; set objectives and review cycles
• Own end-to-end inbound visibility and control tower responsibilities
• Ensure customs compliance across six countries and manage regulatory registrations
• Manage carrier/broker portfolio; lead tenders and renewals with Legal and central transport
• Own logistics budget lines and publish KPIs to stakeholders
• Oversee destruction, recycling, and SOP improvements; drive network changes
