Job summary

Louis Vuitton seeks a Logistics Manager in Dubai to oversee the flow of goods from origins to 24 stores across six countries, supervising four Logistics Executives and managing carrier and broker relationships. You will ensure service, cost control and regulatory compliance on every lane, from inbound to store delivery, including customs and regulatory affairs.

The role requires 6–10 years in logistics, strong GCC regulatory knowledge, and experience with freight forwarders and brokers.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years in logistics or supply chain, with at least 3 years managing a team.
• Hands-on knowledge of GCC customs and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record with freight forwarders, express carriers and customs brokers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and evaluate the four Logistics Executives; set objectives and conduct reviews.
• Own end-to-end visibility from departure in Europe to store receipt; manage inbound forwarder.
• Guarantee customs compliance across six countries; manage regulatory registrations and licenses.
• Manage carrier and broker portfolio; lead tenders and renewals with Legal and central transport team.
• Own logistics budget lines and publish KPIs to retail, merchandising and finance.
