Job summary

LVMH Fashion Group Middle East is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Dubai to support the GCC region for Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Fendi.

You will coordinate luxury retail freight forwarding, handle customs clearance and duty management, ensure CITES and SABER compliance, and work with SAP or CEGID to manage retail ERP/WMS systems.

Ideal candidates have strong warehousing knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and hands-on logistics experience in a premium fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Strong warehousing knowledge and regulatory understanding (CITES, SABER).
• Experience with SAP or CEGID and retail ERP/WMS platforms.
• Ability to manage customs clearance and duty procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate luxury retail freight forwarding and white-glove logistics.
• Manage operational transport, tracking, and incident resolution.
• Ensure CITES compliance for exotic materials and SABER for KSA.
• Oversee customs clearance and duty management.
• Align boutique and retail operations; prepare reports.
