Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with GCC customs and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record with freight forwarders, express carriers and customs brokers.
• Luxury, fashion or high-value goods logistics is a strong plus; events logistics an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the four Logistics Executives, set objectives, and run weekly logistics reviews.
• Be the single escalation point for stores, merchandising and retail on any logistics topic.
• Own end-to-end visibility from departure in Europe to store receipt and in-transit tracking.
• Plan inbound forwarder capacity, service levels and invoice reconciliation.
• Plan inbound for events, window installations and store openings.
• Guarantee customs compliance in multiple countries and manage regulatory affairs.
