Oscilar is building the AI Risk Decisioning platform for banks and fintechs, enabling financial institutions to manage fraud, credit risk, and compliance in real time using modern AI infrastructure.

The Growth Marketing Manager will own regional go-to-market across LATAM and EMEA, coordinating outbound sequences, paid campaigns, webinars, and presence at regional conferences to build a strong regional pipeline and drive market penetration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation marketing.
• Proven experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets.
• Hands-on experience across outbound, paid, and events.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA markets.
• Ability to thrive in environments with high ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full regional growth marketing playbook across LATAM and EMEA.
• Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences using Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, and Cargo.
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Plan and execute regional webinars and manage participation in regional conferences and trade shows.
• Research and prioritize target markets and accounts within LATAM and EMEA.
• Partner with Sales to build regional pipeline and account penetration strategies.
• Manage regional marketing budget and report on pipeline contribution.
