Job summary

OSOME in the UAE seeks a Marketing Lead to drive regional growth with a full-stack approach, owning the funnel from awareness to long-term clients. You will lead demand generation, field and partner marketing, and GTM for UAE features, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of field and partner marketing experience in SaaS/Tech/Event management agencies.
• Experience in digital and in-person events, with ability to integrate experiences into the buyer's journey.
• Experience owning growth marketing and performance marketing for the region.

Responsibilities

• Generate, nurture, qualify and track prospects through mid to low-funnel marketing programs.
• Plan and execute acquisition programs across digital channels, organic/content, influencer partnerships, branded & third-party event sponsorships.
• Audience first: design messaging/content/value proposition across touchpoints.
• Local Strategy & Positioning: tailor Osome’s value proposition to UAE market nuances.
