Job summary

Fasset is building a global financial system for ownership, focused on the Middle East, Asia and Africa. We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the growth roadmap: referrals, rewards, retention, and activation features, shipped with a dedicated engineering pod and measured against pre-agreed criteria.

You will coordinate growth across pods, work with analytics on pre-registered success criteria, and drive lifecycle mechanics from save flows to win-back journeys, shaping a data-driven,

Qualifications

• You have shipped growth mechanics at a consumer fintech, crypto platform, marketplace, or high-volume consumer app: referral programs, incentives, onboarding flows, retention journeys.

Responsibilities

• Ship the releases with specs, sequencing, QA handoff and release notes.
• Work against the state machine and track transitions.
• Pair with Growth Analyst; ensure pre-registered success criteria and post-reads.
• Guard payout definitions to prevent gaming and abuse before launch.
• Coordinate growth work across pods to ship features touching acquisition, activation, or retention.
• Prioritize marketing rails and its campaigns against features.
• Run lifecycle mechanics including save flows and win-back journeys.
• Drive user segmentation and journey experimentation using Mixpanel.
