Ripple is seeking a senior business development leader to drive regional growth for RLUSD and on-chain RWAs. You will build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, exchanges, and crypto natives across the Middle East and Africa, leading end-to-end deals and coordinating with product, legal, and finance teams.

The role demands an independent, collaborative professional who thrives in ambiguity and cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BD, partnerships, and sales across banking, finance, tech or crypto
• Experience in Trad-Fi, FinTech and digital assets
• Deep knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, and stablecoins
• Proven success closing complex deals and first-of-a-kind partnerships
• Extensive network in financial services, payments, and crypto
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; collaborative
• Adaptable to change and proactive problem solving
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent helpful

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ripple's business development strategy to grow RLUSD and RWAs on the XRP ledger
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, digital exchanges, PSPs, enterprises, and crypto native companies
• Lead deals from end to end: sourcing, analyzing, negotiating contracts, presenting to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, compliance, legal, and finance
• Be the primary liaison for partners and prospects in the Middle East & Africa region
• Represent Ripple at industry events and conferences
