Job summary
April Quest is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its established Middle East business and drive the next growth phase from Dubai. You will oversee commercial, service and operational functions, shaping strategy and structure to accelerate regional expansion.
Based in the UAE, you will manage distributor networks, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive revenue growth through partners with ambitious plans to double turnover in coming years.
Qualifications
- Senior commercial leadership or general management experience in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider Gulf market.
- Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
- Proven success delivering regional revenue growth through partners and distributors.
- Experience selling technical products or systems into industrial or safety-critical markets.
- Hands-on, decisive and emotionally intelligent leadership style.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial, service and operational functions for the Middle East region.
- Develop and implement a clear regional growth strategy and organizational structure.
- Manage partner/distributor network to maximise revenue and market share.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
