Role Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance, operations, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong knowledge of business development and stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to develop strategies and translate them into measurable operational results.
• UAE or GCC business experience is an advantage.
• MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
