Job summary

Airbus Industries in Dubai seeks a Flight Operations Support Director (FOSD) to lead regional engagement with airline operators and oversee flight operations and training services. You will report to Head of Flight Ops Support - AMESTL and represent Airbus Flight Operations Support & Training Standards to operators.

The role requires deep flight ops experience, strong communication and a proactive approach to safety, with travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in the flight operations domain.
• Background in airline flight operations would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination and relational skills with customers and Airbus departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up flight operations & training subjects with operators.
• Understand operators' flight operations and training contexts.
• Present Airbus Flight Operations & Training products & services to customers.
• Be an active member of ISCT and support safety initiatives.
• Identify safety issues and opportunities for Airbus & Skywise.
