Job summary

AccorHotels in Dubai seeks a high-impact F&B Cluster Director to supervise day-to-day operations across outlets, ensuring brand standards and service excellence. You will lead outlet leaders, optimize guest flow, and drive improvements through audits, TrustYou feedback, and strategic promotions.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive F&B knowledge, and proficiency in Accor systems and MS Office. Fluency in English is essential; French/Arabic is a plus. Full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B Management.
• 57 years of progressive leadership in Food & Beverage, preferably in upscale or lifestyle brands within the Accor network.
• Cluster or multi-outlet experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, drive operational excellence and improve guest satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet and IRD operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accor systems
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French or Arabic) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets across the cluster ensuring alignment with Accor brand standards and SOPs.
• Partner with outlet leaders to optimize guest flow, service quality and team efficiency.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability policies.
• Promote a service culture rooted in Heartist values ensuring warm, authentic and memorable guest touchpoints.
• Monitor guest feedback through TrustYou and lead service improvement initiatives.
• Support development and execution of brand-aligned promotions and activations.
• Inspire and guide Outlet Managers and Supervisors across properties for high engagement.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, cross-training and succession planning with Talent & Culture.
• Facilitate F&B learning programs with Accor Academy or brand modules.
• Drive revenue, cost control and profitability across outlets.
• Track and analyze financial KPIs including average check, cost of sales, labor productivity and GOP.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-hotel promotions calendar planning and group-wide F&B initiatives.
• Identify process improvements, digital tools and sustainability practices to enhance guest experience.
• Serve as project lead for activations including culinary pop-ups, theme nights or regional events.
