Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations, supervise the service team, and collaborate with the General Manager and chefs to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop training, monitor costs, and maintain standards and safety, while scheduling events and daily service. The role requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on delivering memorable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lay out goals and develop strategies to accomplish said goals.
• Forecast and schedule using hotels tools and guidelines.
• Oversee training of all F&B staff and conduct regular classes for supervisors and staff.
• Control and maintain standards, performance, grooming, and sanitation according to policies.
• Formulate and implement changes to improve employee performance and teamwork.
• Develop analyses and implement merchandising to meet guest patronage and manage expenses to maximize revenue.
• Ensure knowledge of menu items and beverage program across staff.
• Collaborate with General Manager and culinary leadership to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage floor training, coaching, and ensuring standards and sequences are followed.
• Handle guest expectations and resolve issues to achieve high satisfaction.
