Job summary

Edge Resourcing in Dubai is seeking a Loyalty Programme Manager to oversee the Group’s loyalty programme and ensure its growth contributes to revenue, profits, market share and brand recognition.

You will develop CRM strategy with the Head of CRM, manage the policies framework, budgets, partnerships, data accuracy, and customer retention initiatives, reporting to the VP CRM. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in a diversified retail loyalty role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a Customer Loyalty Program Management role for a diversified retail group.
• Experience with CRM and loyalty program strategy in multinational contexts.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the CRM strategy aligned to group objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for CRM to meet targets.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives to inform decisions.
• Identify partnership opportunities to enhance loyalty value and customer engagement.
• Oversee budgeting for the Loyalty Programme and ensure spend stays within approved limits.
