Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead GCC K-12 sales from Dubai, expanding the Instructure Learning Platform across the region. You will build pipelines, engage at the C-suite level, and drive long-term growth in EdTech across GCC schools and governments.

The role requires a strategic, consultative selling approach, strong needs analysis, and tender experience. Arabic proficiency is a plus, and travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS/enterprise software/EdTech.
• Proven success selling complex solutions up to the C-suite.
• Strategic, consultative sales approach with a Challenger mindset.
• Experience with needs analysis, proposal development, and tender responses.
• Familiarity with VLE/LMS and K-12 pedagogy; GCC market knowledge.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by selling the Instructure Learning Platform across the GCC K-12 market.
• Build and execute targeted sales strategies to develop and nurture a strong client pipeline across the region.
• Share insights to help prospective customers evaluate solutions and choose what fits their needs.
• Prepare and tailor messaging, presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective customers.
• Guide prospects through the purchasing process to successful, timely closure.
• Secure profitable pricing and business terms by communicating ROI of the platform.
• Accurately forecast short and long-term sales performance while maintaining pipeline hygiene.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutional/government stakeholders across GCC.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to share market feedback and customer insights.
• Attend industry events and strengthen Instructure’s regional presence.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas; travel up to 30%.
