Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead the growth of the Instructure Learning Platform in the GCC from Dubai.

The role requires building a strong regional pipeline, shaping targeted sales strategies, and engaging with universities and government stakeholders across the GCC to drive long-term, sustainable growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals, forecast performance, and close opportunities while navigating complex sales cycles and delivering

Qualificações

• 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software or EdTech.
• Proven success selling complex solutions to all levels, including the C-suite.
• Strategic, consultative sales acumen with a Challenger mindset.
• Experience or strong understanding of GCC market and regional higher education landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by selling the Instructure Learning Platform across the GCC higher education market.
• Build and execute targeted sales strategies to develop and nurture a strong client pipeline across the region.
• Share insights to help prospective customers evaluate solutions and choose what fits their needs.
• Prepare and tailor messaging, presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective customers.
• Guide prospects through the purchasing process to successful, timely closure.
• Secure pricing and terms by communicating the value and ROI of the platform.
• Forecast short and long-term sales performance while maintaining pipeline hygiene.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutional and government stakeholders across the GCC.
