Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead GCC higher education sales from Dubai. You will drive new business, build regional strategies, and develop a strong university and government client base across the GCC.

The role requires 4+ years in SaaS/EdTech sales, success with complex deals up to C-suite, and travel up to 30%. You will partner with Product and Customer Experience to tailor solutions and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or EdTech.
• Proven success selling complex solutions at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Strategic, consultative sales approach with a Challenger mindset.
• Experience with needs analysis, proposal development, and tender responses.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth selling Instructure across GCC higher education.
• Develop and nurture a strong regional client pipeline.
• Guide prospects through purchasing and close deals.
• Forecast sales and maintain accurate pipeline.
• Build relationships with universities and government stakeholders in GCC.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience for market feedback.
