Job summary

Instructure, based in Dubai, is seeking a Regional Director to lead the GCC K-12 sales for the Instructure Learning Platform. The role focuses on expanding presence across schools, navigating long sales cycles, and delivering value in education technology.

You will build strategies, develop client pipelines, and engage with government stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or EdTech.
• Proven success selling complex solutions to the C-suite.
• Strategic, consultative sales with a Challenger mindset.
• Familiarity with GCC market and K-12 landscape; Arabic a plus; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across the GCC K-12 market.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow client pipeline.
• Guide prospects through purchasing process to closure.
• Forecast short- and long-term sales and manage pipeline hygiene.
• Build relationships with institutional and government stakeholders across GCC.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience to gather market insights.
• Attend industry events to strengthen Instructure’s regional presence.
