Job summary

X-PHY in Dubai seeks a driven Channel BDM to aggressively grow the Middle East market for advanced cybersecurity hardware. You will build a robust partner ecosystem, pursue lighthouse accounts, and lead regional channel initiatives with a hands-on, hunter approach.

This role requires travel across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, deep solution selling, and close collaboration with SI partners to position our hardware as a strategic business enabler.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in B2B sales, channel development, or account management in ICT or cybersecurity.
• Proven hunter with proactive prospecting and new-account penetration.
• Experience in solution selling and moving from product features to business outcomes.
• Coachable and eager to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Targeted Regional Expansion: spearhead market entry in UAE and KSA with a local channel strategy.
• Hunt and secure lighthouse accounts with top-tier SI partners to build credibility.
• Maintain an aggressive travel schedule to build face-to-face relationships and pipeline.
• Drive a solution-selling approach that bundles hardware with partner services.
