Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior commercial role in MEAP & Turkey CIS regions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional commercial strategy for MEAP & Turkey CIS.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the regions.
• Lead Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Channel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the regions.
