Job summary
Abbott is seeking a Commercial Director MEAP & Turkey CIS to drive the commercial strategy and operations across the MEAP and Turkey CIS region from Dubai. The role reports to the Divisional Vice President, MEAP with a dotted line to the Regional Director Turkey & CIS and focuses on maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share while aligning with Abbott’s business objectives.
You will lead the execution of sales strategies, develop market opportunities, and enhance sales performance
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency; other regional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for MEAP & Turkey CIS.
- Identify market trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead regional sales, distribution, trade marketing and key account strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across the MEAP & CIS regions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance for the regions.
