Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the MEA regional commercial agenda, driving strategy, partnerships, and P&L across partner markets in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

You will manage distributor selection, negotiate contracts, and build a high-performing regional team, while identifying new opportunities for profitable growth and coordinating with headquarters, KOLs, health authorities, and hospitals to align strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years international experience in partner or general management in pharmaceuticals.
• 10+ years leading a team towards business growth.
• MBA preferred; university degree in Business Management or Life Science accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and P&L delivery across MEA partner markets.
• Manage distributor selection, negotiation and contracting.
• Lead and develop the regional Team of Commercial Leads.
• Identify new business opportunities for profitable growth.
• Coordinate with HQ functions and stakeholders including KOLs, health authorities and hospitals.
