Job summary

Abbott in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead IBP and Demand Planning across MEAP & TR-CIS, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring forecast accuracy for S&OP, NPI, and supply planning. You will partner with affiliates, regional teams and global groups to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 10-12+ years in demand planning or related fields, MBA preferred, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

10-12+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, IBP or S&OP in a multinational environment.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytics, communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional and regional teams.
Advanced understanding of forecasting, S&OP and continuous improvement in supply chain.
MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead regional IBP and S&OP processes with high-quality demand forecasting.
Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate inputs from Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality.
Manage New Product Introduction planning with global teams.
Lead Influvac demand forecasting and allocation planning regionally.
Issue Class A implementations, certification readiness, and continuous improvements.
Act as liaison between affiliates, division and global teams to resolve planning challenges.
Support adoption of new global processes, systems and dashboards via training.
