The role involves remote troubleshooting, extensive travel, and delivering technical training. A hands‑on engineer with strong customer focus and deep equipment knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Commercial mindset with ability to develop distributor relationships and manage key accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Perform technical interventions, diagnostics, and repairs on coffee machines and grinders.
• Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance guidance.
• Deliver technical training to distributors, technicians, and customers in the region.
• Document service activities and collaborate with the sales team during visits and demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, coffee partners, and international chains.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee machine technologies and best practices.
