Job summary

Training The Street seeks a Client & Business Development Manager to support APAC and Middle East growth. You will manage select client accounts, respond to requests, shape tailored training solutions and prepare proposals, coordinating delivery with cross‑regional teams.

You will engage with senior clients, balance multiple priorities and help drive regional marketing and events while maintaining high professional standards and client confidence.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience in program management, account management, client service, training coordination, professional services or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and develop relationships across APAC and the Middle East.
• Coordinate proposals, agendas and client documents with Head of Business Development.
• Translate client requirements into practical proposal structures and options.
• Coordinate contract paperwork and ensure signed agreements before delivery.
• Coordinate program lifecycle from opportunity to delivery and track progress.
