Job summary

Al-Futtaim Auto Centers is seeking a Service Manager to drive operational, commercial, and financial performance across the UAE network. You will lead operational excellence, develop teams, and execute growth initiatives while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires extensive leadership in automotive aftersales, process optimization, WIP control, and rigorous adherence to standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 10 years in automotive aftersales operations, with at least 4 years in leadership or regional role.
• Mechanical/engineering background is essential.
• Additional business or management qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all service centers in line with budget and forecast commitments.
• Drive operational excellence by auditing service processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to maximize productivity and capacity utilization.
• Oversee WIP management and reduce aging cases to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements, and customer service expectations across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality standards, and company policies across all locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop service center teams through structured training, performance management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, support leadership teams, and ensure operational discipline and adherence to company values.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to drive customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digital adoption, and process enhancements to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Support expansion initiatives including new site setup, ramp-up, and operational stabilization.
