The primary responsibility is to identify, attract, assess and recruit high-quality talent primarily for our company's business, sales, customer service and operations functions.
The successful candidate should be a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, excellent knowledge of the UAE talent market and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
This is an in-house recruitment position, not an agency recruitment role. The Recruitment Specialist will work directly with our management team to understand manpower requirements and recruit the right people for our organisation.
