Job summary

Cambridge Educational Institute in the UAE is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage internal recruitment across our business units. This hands-on, in-house role focuses on attracting and assessing talent for sales, customer service and operations, working closely with management to fulfill manpower plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong UAE recruitment experience, excellent sourcing and interview skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and highly proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the company's internal recruitment based in UAE.

This position may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the candidate's experience, availability and suitability for the role.

The primary responsibility is to identify, attract, assess and recruit high-quality talent primarily for our company's business, sales, customer service and operations functions.

The successful candidate should be a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, excellent knowledge of the UAE talent market and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

This is an in-house recruitment position, not an agency recruitment role. The Recruitment Specialist will work directly with our management team to understand manpower requirements and recruit the right people for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements directly from management and department heads.


• Develop clear recruitment specifications for each position.


• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and databases and any other sources.


• Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting for key positions.


• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.


• Assess candidates for experience, competence, communication, attitude and cultural fit.


• Shortlist and present suitable candidates to management.


• Organize and co-ordinate interviews and obtain timely feedback.


• Manage the offer and joining process in coordination with HR.


• Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and talent database.


• Build talent pools for frequently required positions.


• Maintain regular recruitment reports for management.


• Ensure vacancies are followed through to successful closure.


• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the recruitment process.

The candidate should be:

Candidates with strong UAE recruitment experience and an established professional network in Dubai will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience, in Dubai/UAE.


• Proven experience recruiting business, sales, customer service and operations professionals.


• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience.

Compensation

Part-Time:

Compensation to be mutually agreed based on experience, working arrangement and expected deliverables.

Performance-based incentives may be considered for exceptional recruitment results.
