Job summary

Paul Newstone in Dubai is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment across the full lifecycle. You will manage client relationships, source and evaluate candidates, and close placements with autonomy.

Based in or able to work hybrid from Dubai, UAE, you will drive business development, negotiate terms, and build a strong local desk with focus on delivering results for clients in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to manage a full 360° recruitment desk independently.
• Based in, or able to work hybrid from, Dubai, UAE.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with base + commission structure.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Dubai team, working across the full recruitment lifecycle - from client and candidate sourcing through to placement. This is a senior, largely autonomous role for someone who can manage their own desk, build client relationships, and close.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related consultative sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
• Confidence managing a full 360° recruitment desk independently
• Based in or able to work hybrid from Dubai, UAE
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a base + commission structure

Nice to Have:

• Existing network or experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market
• German language skills, given our DACH-market client base
• Background in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Sales recruiting
