Job summary

Halian is seeking a Client Executive in Dubai to own IT contracting recruitment and build long-term client partnerships. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage contractor engagements, and deliver high-quality talent solutions within a global NES Fircroft network.

The role focuses on client management, sourcing, and placement of IT professionals across contracts, with an emphasis on delivering value in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, or digital markets.
• Proven experience recruiting technical or IT-focused roles.
• Strong communicator with candidate and client interactions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, assess, and place IT professionals across contract assignments, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, build relationships, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contractors through proactive networking and relationship management.
• Manage the full candidate and contractor lifecycle, from first contact through onboarding and placement.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and contractors while ensuring competitive outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and timely project starts.
• Ensure all activities meet company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations while delivering against business targets.

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Client Executive to join our team in Dubai, focusing on IT contracting. This is a client‑facing role where you will take ownership of relationships, deliver high‑quality talent solutions, and manage contractor engagements end‑to‑end.

You will play a key role in building long‑term partnerships while ensuring successful delivery across contract hiring projects in a fast‑paced and highly competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Client Management & Growth: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, interview, assess, and place IT professionals across contract assignments, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• IT Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across key IT disciplines.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contractors through proactive networking and relationship management.
• Candidate & Contractor Care: Manage the full candidate and contractor lifecycle, ensuring a high‑quality experience from first contact through onboarding and placement.
• Commercial & Negotiation: Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and contractors while ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and timely project starts.
• Compliance & Delivery: Ensure all activities meet company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations while delivering against business targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: 2+ years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, or digital markets.
• IT Market Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting technical or IT-focused roles.
• Strong Communicator: Confident, engaging, and professional in both candidate and client interactions.
• Highly Organized: Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results-Driven Mindset: Commercially aware, target-focused, and motivated by success.
• Multi-Tasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
