Qualifications

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

• Confident communicator with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.

VK Global HR Consultancy is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a true 360 recruitment role — you will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new clients to managing relationships and delivering high-quality candidates.
