Job summary

Salt Solutions Group in Dubai seeks an Associate Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join its Technology & AI practice. You will learn to win business, build client relationships, find great candidates and manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.

You’ll grow across Salt’s wider solutions—permanent, contract, embedded hiring, and RPO—learning to sell the right solution while attending industry events and expanding your tech knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is helpful but not required
• Background in sales with potential is valued
• Graduate preferred but not essential
• Strong interest in technology and AI
• Able to build relationships with candidates and clients

Responsibilities

• Speak with candidates and clients daily to build relationships and uncover opportunities
• Develop new business via calls, referrals, and outreach
• Manage full recruitment cycle from qualification to placement
• Attend industry events and participate in Salt’s AI/technology community events
• Build knowledge of technology and AI and how they affect businesses
• Develop daily prospecting, follow-ups and delivery habits and own targets

We’re looking for a hungry, smart and personable individual who wants to excel in sales, build a career in technology recruitment and be rewarded for results.

You’ll develop into an all-round, sales-oriented 360 Recruitment Consultant, learning how to win business, build client relationships, find great candidates and manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.

Over time, your opportunity will extend across Salt’s wider solutions—from permanent and contract recruitment to embedded hiring and RPO, consulting and project delivery, offshore services and SaltHub. You’ll learn to understand a client’s challenges and sell the right solution.

You’ll be:

• Speaking with candidates and clients every day, building relationships and uncovering opportunities.
• Developing new business through calls, outreach, referrals and candidate showcasing.
• Learning to manage the full recruitment cycle, from qualifying roles and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and securing placements.
• Attending industry events and getting involved in Salt’s AI and technology community events.
• Building your knowledge of technology and AI, and how they are changing businesses.
• Developing strong daily habits around prospecting, follow-ups and delivery, taking ownership of your targets and results.

Some recruitment experience would be helpful, but we’re equally interested in someone from a sales background who has the right potential. Ideally, you’ll be a graduate, although a degree isn’t essential.
