Job summary

ADIV Human Resources Consultancies, L.L.C is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment team in identifying and sourcing talent for various roles in the UAE. You will help maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and assist in presenting insights from candidate research.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, with at least 1 year UAE recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; UAE experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year UAE recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication with candidates.
• Ability to build trust and maintain candidate relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail in maintaining candidate databases.
• Salary: 3,500 AED; Candidates must be on dependent visa.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.

• Screen CVs and source new candidates via database, networking, advertising and LinkedIn.

• Stay updated with industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of candidate sourcing.

• Capable of building trust and establishing a positive relationship with candidates to make them feel valued throughout the recruitment process
