Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment and Internal Mobility Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition within the UAE. You will coordinate interviews, manage offers, and drive internal transfers to support workforce plans.

You will partner with hiring managers across functions, build robust candidate pipelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain ATS data accuracy while delivering timely feedback to applicants.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with internal mobility and offers.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of active and passive talent for future workforce needs.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events and university recruiting initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, create job descriptions, and set selection criteria.
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements on internal and external channels.
• Review applications and CVs to screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Schedule and coordinate secondary interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle with timely feedback.
• Conduct employment background checks and reference verifications.
• Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and managing administrative paperwork through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with HR operations to support smooth onboarding and integration for new hires.
• Maintain and update data accuracy within the ATS and talent databases.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Quality).
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and fair hiring practices.
