Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking a Recruitment Operations Analyst to support our talent acquisition efforts with accurate reporting, data analysis, and process improvements. The ideal candidate enjoys turning data into actionable insights for recruiters, HR partners, and leaders.

You will monitor recruitment performance, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring outcomes. Remote/hybrid options and a focus on process improvement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HR analytics, data-driven reporting, or recruitment operations.
• Certifications in HR analytics or BI are an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular recruitment reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for HR leadership and TA teams.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to address bottlenecks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reporting.
