Job summary

Tanqeeb, a Dubai-based recruitment and HR firm, seeks a confident Female Recruiter & HR Generalist to own end-to-end recruitment, HR ops and client relationships. You’ll manage onboarding, attendance, and HR coordination for 50+ staff while building a strong candidate pipeline.

Source, screen, interview and place candidates across corporate and blue-collar roles, develop new business opportunities, and drive performance-based earnings. Fluency in English; Tagalog or Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of UAE recruitment and/or HR experience.
• Confident dealing with candidates, clients and employees.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Female Recruiter & HR Generalist | Tagalog / Arabic Speaker | Strong EnglishWe’re looking for a confident, energetic Female Recruiter & HR Generalist to join our growing Dubai team.This is not a routine HR role. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, candidate management, client relationships and business development — with genuine ownership and performance-based earning potential.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, blue-collar and domestic staffing.
• Source, screen, interview and place candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave and HR coordination.
• Support HR operations for a workforce of 50+ employees.
• Understand client requirements and recommend staffing solutions.
• Build strong candidate and client relationships.
• Convert recruitment enquiries into business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidate
• Tagalog and/or Arabic speaker
• Good spoken and written English
• 2–6 years of UAE recruitment and/or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with candidates, clients and employees.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with targets, business development and performance-based compensation.

Strong Advantage

• Recruitment agency, staffing or consultancy experience.
• Experience recruiting domestic or high-volume staffing roles.
• Existing candidate or client network in the UAE.
• Sales or business development experience.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: AED 4,000–5,000/month
• Performance Earnings: AED 5,000–6,000/month
• Potential Total Earnings: AED 9,000–11,000/month
