You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates via LinkedIn and portals, screen CVs, partner with hiring managers, and build a robust candidate pipeline across multiple functions. Join a dynamic, multicultural organization focused on people, performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or nationalities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver relevant talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and offers.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
