Main Duties
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards
  • Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
  • Oversee the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours
  • To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
  • Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication

  • Proven experience as Receptionistin a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
  • A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
