Job summary

Human One Global seeks an experienced Reception Manager for a luxury Dubai outlet in a prestigious ultra-luxury hotel. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest welcome, overseeing the 7Rooms system from booking to arrival and departure, and ensuring the hostess desk and entrance are professionally staffed.

You will lead and train a high-performing team to maintain the highest standards of service, with fluency in a European language and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager in a luxury or five-star hotel.
• Fluency in at least one European language required.
• Excellent hospitality mindset and service excellence.

• Deliver an exceptional welcome and personalised guest experience in line with luxury service standards.
• Manage the 7Rooms reservation system and oversee bookings from reservation through to guests’ arrival and departure.
• Ensure the hostess desk and restaurant entrance are professionally managed and appropriately staffed.
• Lead, coach and train team members to maintain the highest standards of service.

About You

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager within a luxury or five-star hotel is essential.
• Fluency in at least one European language is required.
• A passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
