Human One Global seeks an experienced Reception Manager for a luxury Dubai outlet in a prestigious ultra-luxury hotel. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest welcome, overseeing the 7Rooms system from booking to arrival and departure, and ensuring the hostess desk and entrance are professionally staffed.

You will lead and train a high-performing team to maintain the highest standards of service, with fluency in a European language and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager in a luxury or five-star hotel.
• Fluency in at least one European language required.
• Excellent hospitality mindset and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome and personalised guest experience.
• Manage the 7Rooms reservation system from booking to departure.
• Ensure hostess desk and restaurant entrance are well staffed.
• Lead, coach and train team to maintain luxury service standards.
