Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Customer Reception Host for Toyota Retail Aftersales to greet visitors, determine reasons for visits, and direct them to the right department. You will ensure smooth transitions for those with appointments and support the reception team to meet customer needs.

You will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and escalate complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities for reception duties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Direct customers with appointments to the correct Service Advisor for smooth transitions.
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments in coordination with the Centre.
• Assist with reception duties when staff are unavailable.
• Report health and safety issues affecting customers or staff.
