Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Receiving Agent to manage deliveries, inspect goods, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will coordinate with vendors, complete documentation, and support the Purchasing team to ensure smooth stock flow.

The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
• Experience as Receiving Agent or Stock Clerk is preferred in hospitality or retail.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in checking deliveries and records.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; good communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against purchase orders (quantity, quality, specs).
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues to Purchasing In-Charge.
• Complete and file receiving paperwork; update inventory system records.
• Organize stock locations and maintain a clean receiving area.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and flag discrepancies to the team.
