Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Fujairah is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our opening team and support the hotel s Finance and Purchasing functions. You will receive and verify goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring quantities, quality, prices and documentation align with approved purchase orders.

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with good numerical skills and basic computer knowledge to maintain accurate records and coordinate with suppliers and internal

Qualifications

• Experience in Receiving, Stores, Purchasing or similar role.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of receiving and inventory procedures.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods on delivery ensuring quality and quantity.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
• Record all receiving activities accurately.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries promptly.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Stores and other departments on deliveries.
• Ensure perishable items meet quality, hygiene, and temperature standards.
• Maintain a clean, secure receiving area.
