Job summary

Emirates Post Group is seeking a finance operations professional to manage check handling and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and secure transactions across regional duties. The role requires attention to policy, data entry into Oracle, and coordination with Payments and senior management.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in finance operations, good time management, and strong communication skills to liaise with beneficiaries and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance operations, including handling and delivering checks.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills and basic software use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and procedures to ensure controlled, consistent work.
• Handle checks and ensure accuracy; notify relevant parties as needed.
• Coordinate check delivery and secure receipts; distribute checks per region.
• Enter delivery data into the Oracle system and keep cash settlement data current.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed in all locations.
