Job summary

Elite Group Holding seeks a Program Manager – Real Estate Transformation to lead the end-to-end technology ecosystem for the real estate business in Dubai. You will define the product vision, operating model, and customer journeys with business leadership, then coordinate CRM, ERP, property-management, and customer portals through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires extensive experience in real estate tech implementations, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership across

Qualifications

8+ years of programme/business-transformation experience
Experience delivering a real estate ERP/CRM or digital platform from discovery to go-live
Knowledge of UAE real estate processes and regulations is preferred

Responsibilities

Define the real estate product vision, target customers, services, channels, and delivery roadmap
Lead discovery workshops and document business, operational, financial, customer, and technology requirements
Define target operating model, processes, roles, and service levels
Develop and maintain integrated programme plan including scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate implementation of CRM, ERP, property-management, website, portals, mobile apps, data, and integrations
Govern SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end validation
Coordinate cutover, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to BAU
